Illustrative scorecard: fictional brand, real layout. The numbered pins match the four cards below.
The visibility score
One number that answers “how visible are we?” It’s scored from how often, and how prominently, the engines name you across the questions we track.
Share of answer
When a buyer asks the question that decides the sale (“who should I hire?”), how much of the answer is about you. This is the number we chart month over month.
Fixed queries, controlled conditions
We ask the same questions every month, the same way, so when the number moves it means something. One screenshot proves little. A trend does.
No mystery metrics
Every scorecard names the work that moved the number, and the person responsible for moving it next month.
What TideIQ™ does every month
The portal answers one question, with evidence: when your customers ask an AI who to use, are you in the answer?
We ask each engine your set of priority questions, the same way every month, and the portal records exactly what each one said.
Who got named, how prominently, and how much of the answer is about you. Scored, and charted against where you started.
The numbers land in your monthly scorecard next to the work that moved them, in plain English.
The loop, drawn
The same priority questions every month, asked the same way. What each engine said, recorded.
Where you were left out, and why: pages the engines can’t read, facts they can’t check, reviews and mentions they don’t see.
The work that moves the number, named on the scorecard next to the number it moved.
Visibility score and share of answer, charted month over month against where you started.
The engines it watches
Grok and Claude are on the watch list as their usage grows. The work itself isn’t tied to any one engine. Clear structure, consistent facts, reviews and mentions feed every model, including the ones that haven’t launched yet.
Built by the team that sells it
We didn’t buy this tool and put our name on it. We built it, and we point it at our own company too, tracking how the engines answer questions about marketing agencies in our own market. We see the same scorecard our clients see.
It won’t promise the impossible, either. Nobody controls what an AI engine says. There’s no paid placement in an answer, and anyone guaranteeing one is guessing. What the portal does is show you the trend, month after month, so you can see whether the work is paying off.
Monitoring alone isn’t the job
Monitoring-only tools run $29–$250 a month and hand you a dashboard with a score on it. TideIQ™ is different in one way that matters: it’s connected to the team whose job is to change the score. Every number it reports has a person, and next month’s work, attached.
